Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from Zero Dollar Website and what we ask of you in return. Please read them before using our service. By creating an account or asking us to build your website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Zero Dollar Website builds professional business websites for small businesses and individuals. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zero Dollar Website, and “you” refers to the person or business using the service.
2. Website pricing and $0 upfront
Our website packages start at $199 and are priced by the number of pages and features you need. Every package is $0 upfront: there is no deposit and no subscription. We build your website first, and you pay only after it has been delivered. We do not ask for a credit card to get started.
The price you agree at the start is the price for that build. Any extra pages, features or changes beyond what was agreed may be quoted separately before we carry them out.
3. Optional growth services
Beyond your website, you can choose to pay for extra services that help your business grow, such as:
- Search engine optimization (SEO) to help people find you on Google
- Marketing and advertising support
- Branding and design work
- Add-on apps and integrations
- Our Concierge service, where our team makes edits for you
Any paid service is clearly priced before you buy it. We will always tell you the price upfront and you decide whether to go ahead. Some services may pass through fees charged by third parties (for example, a custom domain registration or ad spend you ask us to place), we will make those clear before you agree to them.
4. Your account and your content
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the content you give us to put on your website, text, images, logos, products and contact details. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it is accurate and lawful.
You keep ownership of your own content. By giving it to us, you allow us to use it for the purpose of building, hosting and maintaining your website.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zero Dollar Website to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights
- Publish content that is harmful, misleading, hateful or illegal
- Sell prohibited or counterfeit goods
- Send spam or attempt to harm, hack or overload our systems
If content on your site breaks these rules, we may remove it or suspend the site after letting you know where we reasonably can.
6. Intellectual property
The Zero Dollar Website platform, our software, designs and brand belong to us. The content you provide belongs to you. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our platform to you, or your content to us.
7. Third-party services
Your website may connect to third-party tools (for example payment processors, analytics, social media or domain providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. We may update, improve or change parts of the service over time. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do everything we reasonably can to deliver a quality website, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as a particular amount of traffic, sales or search ranking. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Zero Dollar Website at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If you have paid for a service, our Refund Policy explains what happens to that payment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction there.
